The nature of water based metal working fluids means that they tend to have very complex formulations which contain a number of different components. In order to simplify the manufacturing process we have developed a range of concentrate packages, designed to make the blending process simpler for customers who prefer to blend their own fluids.
Blending from concentrate packages offers a number of benefits including:
- Simplified blends that are designed to be easy to manufacture whilst meeting your quality control testing.
- Minimal use of raw materials whilst maintaining the capability to manufacture on-site.
- Intellectual Property rights are maintained through the manufacture of simplified blends, rather than purchasing finished products from elsewhere.
- Packages that comprise of just 20% of the finished product are much cheaper to send overseas; offering a reduction in shipping costs.
